Shipping & Returns

Please note that international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, USPS, or DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

All pieces purchased on this website may be returned for an exchange or refund within the 14 days from the date you received your order, as long as they meet the following policy:

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete, including their original Christina Magdolna packaging with the safety tag still attached. If this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete, the sale will be considered final sale and no refund will be given.

Items will be inspected upon receipt, and if they do not meet our policy, they will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.

If a refund is granted, we will refund the cost of the item(s) minus our delivery charge once the goods are returned and inspected. Please note that the client will be responsible for the item(s) until we receive them, so please use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt, and insure the package for its full value.
